| ·I can not find an address. | Map data for our GPS series is supplied by map companies like Route66, Gate5, ALTURION etc., Customers can report discrepancies such as missing addresses, missing roads, etc. directly to them via their website. They will make every effort to investigate any errors reported. | | ·My GPS receiver will not accept Latitude Longitude coordinates. | Change the coordinate system from Deg/Min/Sec to DDD MM.MMM. | | ·How long it will take to get a GPS position? | Right out of the box: Getting a GPS position the very first time may take up to 15 minutes and requires that you rotate your integrated antenna upwards and be in clear view of the sky, i.e. not in a building or garage, in order to receive satellite signals.
Using it every day: Depending if you are in clear view of the sky and on when the unit was used last during the day it may take anywhere from a few seconds to 2 or 3 minutes. When moving the unit large distances: Similarly to using the unit the first time, assuming you are in clear view of the sky and the unit has its antenna rotated upwards, it may take longer than usual up to a few minutes - for the receiver to locate itself after having traveled long distances while turned off, e.g. a few hundred miles, after a plane trip. | | ·My GPS hangs or will not power on, what should I do? | Plug in the Cigarette Lighter Cable and verify that there is power going to the device by confirming that the light on the cable is illuminated. Note: you may need to turn on the vehicle's ignition to supply power to the Cigarette Lighter Cable. Hold the power button in for several seconds. If this doesn't work, please try the ¡°Reset¡± button on the side of device, inside a small hole. | | ·Your player doesn't respond, won't power on, or the display remains blank? | If your player doesn't respond, is "frozen", won't turn on, or nothing appears on the LCD screen check for these possible causes:
¡¤The Hold switch may be on. Check the Hold switch to make sure it's not in the locked position. Unlock it, and try using the player again. (Tip: Even if the Hold switch is already in the unlocked position, it's sometimes helpful to toggle it so it's locked and back again.)
¡¤Your player may need to be upgrade. Click here for steps to upgrade your player. Upgrading your player does not affect your music or data files.
¡¤Your player¡¯s battery may not be charged. Plug your player in, wait for a moment, press a button to turn it on, and check the screen. Note: In a fully discharged state, some models may not be recognized by the computer.
| | ·File do not transfer to your player? | | If cannot download file to your player, check the USB cable, and make sure the player is properly connected to the PC. Or, your player require a specific or later version of firmware. Click here for steps to upgrade your player. | | ·The lyric cannot be showed when playing music? | | If your player can not show the lyric, please make sure there are LRC files in the player, and make sure the LRC file has the same name to the music file. For example, if the music is named ¡°my heart will go on.mp3¡±, the LRC file must be ¡°my heart will go on.lrc¡± | | ·The downloaded music files can not be played? | | If your player can not play the downloaded music file, it maybe the file¡¯s format is wrong, please see the User Manual to check which music format are support. Or, it maybe the music file¡¯s bit rate is too high, please see the User Manual to check the range of bit rate supported by player. Or, the downloaded file is with virus, please format the player using ¡°FAT¡± file system to kill the virus. | | ·When turn on the player, it only show ¡°starting¡¡¡± or the player turn off automatically? | This issue is caused by:
¡¤The player is attached by virus from PC, or the downloaded file conflict with player. Try to format the player in ¡°FAT¡± file system. If that doesn¡¯t work, try to upgrade your player. Click here for steps to upgrade your player. (Note: if download other program file, please build a folder, and put all the downloaded program file in this folder, to avoid the program file conflict with player¡¯s system file.)
¡¤Using the wrong file system to format the player. Try to format again using ¡°FAT¡± file system.
¡¤The player is no power. Try to recharge your player. | | ·The player cannot be recharged or can not fully recharged? | If the player have recharge problem, it maybe cause by:
¡¤The user doesn¡¯t turn the power button to off when they don¡¯t use the player for long time, which result in that the power is run out and the battery has been damaged. Make sure turning off the power when not using the player for long time.
¡¤The user always charge the player incompletely, which result in the reduction of life for battery. Make sure recharging the player completely every time to take a full use of battery. | | ·The player only can store file, but cannot play music? | | If the player can store file but can¡¯t play music, try to format the player in ¡°FAT¡± file system, and then copy music files to the play again and play. | | ·The FM has bad performance? | | If the FM cannot perform well, try adjusting the place of player and earphone (note: earphone is used as antenna for player), also, try to switch off power appliance nearby. | | ·The headphones don't work? | | If your player's headphones don't work or have static or garbled audio, try connecting them to any other stereo headphone jack, like the one on your computer. If the issue with the headphones persists, replace them. If the issue appears to be with the player, try to upgrade. If that doesn't work, repair or replace the player with the local distributor. |

| ·What is OEM? | OEM is standard for Original Equipment Manufacturer. The OEM service is a special service to all those customers who are willing to develop there own brand and there own markets.
| | ·It is my first time for placing order, I don¡¯t know how to dealing with the shipment? | Our Shipping Dept. have experienced stuff help all our customers to choose the best and the safest way for shipping the goods to your hand. We have establish a partner relationship with some international Express company, e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS, or TNT, they can offer a good price for the goods less 100KG.. If the goods more than 100KG, we suggest you use the Air or sea transport for saving the Transportation expenses. If you need any suggestions, please contact with our sales, they will offer some solution for your shipment following your request.
| | ·What kind of warranty term offered by Dream-Tech? | If during this period the product suffers some defect due to the materials used or a manufacturing defect, this product will be serviceable by supplier. • Within the first 3 months, any defective items would be replaced by a new one and sent back to buyer. • Within the rest of warranty time, any defective items would be repaired and sent back to buyer. • Products¡¯ accessories are not included in the range of warranty.
Transportation expenses: If the defective items are more than 5% of total amount of product within the first 3 months, the transportation expenses should be paid by supplier. Otherwise, the transportation should be shared by buyer and supplier.
When damage inflicted upon the product is due to the consequence of Abuse or Wrong use of the product, this warranty term will be considered invalid, including but not limited to: • Using the product for a purpose for which it is not intended. • Failure to follow the manual¡¯s guidelines and instructions for safe use and maintenance of the product. • Servicing or repair by any entity other people or self-repair. Accidents, natural disasters and as a rule, any foreign motive out of the control of supplier, including but not limited to structural damage, damage due to water and any / all public disturbances.

L/C is accepted by for larger order only. | | ·What is T/T? | | The telegraphic transfer(T/T)---cable transfer or wire transfer---is the equivalent of a cash payment that can be credited directly to the seller's account (the name and address of the seller's bank and the seller's bank account number are required by the buyer's bank).
